Our Story
White Flint Children's House was established more than 22 years ago, born from a visionary dream to create a nurturing Montessori haven in the heart of the White Flint-North Bethesda area. Committed to the holistic education of children aged 18 months to six years, WFCH is proud to be accredited by the American Montessori Society and to have achieved the top rating in the Maryland EXCELS program.
Our thoughtfully designed 11,000 square-foot indoor space is equipped with spacious, fully furnished classrooms filled with age-appropriate Montessori materials. Beyond the classroom walls, our expansive space unfolds into a library, an all-purpose room, a gallery, an indoor gymnasium, and a vibrant outdoor play area.
WFCH comprises three Toddler classrooms (18 months to 3 years) and four Primary classrooms (3 to 6 years), each providing an enriching Montessori experience tailored to the unique needs of every child.
At WFCH, our commitment to your child's growth extends beyond the traditional academic calendar. We understand that families have diverse needs and schedules, which is why we offer flexible scheduling options, including the ability to extend the school year by either one or two months into the summer.
