Our Staff

The extraordinary team at White Flint Children’s House is the heartbeat of our educational community, and we are proud of our experienced staff of Montessori teachers and classroom assistants. WFCH is committed to the ongoing professional development of our staff and as such, each teacher at WFCH is required to maintain a continuing education plan unique to his or her area of concentration. ​

 

All lead teachers at WFCH hold a Montessori credential from a certified training facility and are well-versed in the philosophy, principles, and techniques of Montessori education.  They act as facilitators, observing each child's unique development, providing individualized guidance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Lead teachers hold formal one-on-one conferences with parents twice per year to discuss each child's progress and plan for continued growth and are available as-needed year-round to answer any questions you may have.
